Hon. Union Minister of Women and Child Welfare Smt. Smriti Irani accepted to provide Mobile Phones with 5G facility, Scholarships to Anganwadi worker’s children, impart Special training as per changing requirements, increase Uniform (Saree) amount from Rs 800 to 1000/, Provide Insurance facility, accepted to formulate a State-specific Promotion policy if the State Government requests. She was responding to the demands made by the delegation of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS) led by its’ All-India Vice President Smt. Neeta Chobe which met on 11th December 2023.
She also promised to advise different States about early payment of dues and promised to recommend the Hon. Prime Minister to enhance the Monthly honorarium. The meeting was very fruitful and the Minister responded positively.
